One Indigenous-led program to recover, rebuild and deliver.
NBA connects communities, contractors, project owners, suppliers, professional teams, capital pathways, and coordinated capacity around disaster recovery and reconstruction, with wildfire recovery as a current priority.
Four ways to enter the recovery process
First Nations can bring a recovery need; Indigenous contractors can bring an existing or prospective contract; project owners can bring a defined project; suppliers and delivery partners can bring qualified capacity.
One coordinated process
NBA reviews the need or opportunity, identifies gaps, helps assemble the right project structure, and coordinates agreed work toward delivery.
Recovery capacity around the project
The program can connect recovery coordination, housing, infrastructure, project and capital support, construction capacity, supply, logistics, professional services, and future resilience.
Funding and financing guardrail
NBA can help identify, structure, document, and coordinate potential pathways. Eligibility, approval, reimbursement, financing, and contract awards remain subject to the applicable decision-makers.
